Event Information for Sponsors & Exhibiting Companies
Dear Sponsors and Exhibiting Companies,
Thank you for your great support and participation! To help us all have a successful event, please review the key points below:
1. Set-up Time
InVanTech Team will be at the venue after 1:00 PM.
You are welcome to arrive anytime after that to set up your table.
The event will run from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM for attendees.
2. Exhibitor Check-In
Before 3:00 PM, please check in at the registration desk located at the foyer entrance.
You will receive:
- Your badge holder
- Two drink tickets
3. Presentations & Panel
- 3:45 PM – Presentation by the Ministry of Transportation representative
- 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM – MetroVancouver Panel
4. Table Information
Each company will have:
- One 6-foot table
- Two chairs (no booth walls)
Please bring the following:
- Standing banners to place beside or behind your table
- Company tablecloth with logo
- Laptop or monitor to display your projects
- Brochures, flyers, samples, or small giveaways
We are expecting around 300 attendees.
5. Parking Information
Parking details are shown next to the floor plan.
- Parking is paid.
- Overnight parking is available only for hotel guests.
6. Wi-Fi Access

At 7:00 PM, we will hold a raffle and prize giveaway before the event wraps up.
10. Wrap-up
The event officially ends at 7:00 PM, and we have the hall until 8:00 PM for cleanup and packing.
